I crouched nearby, camera in hand and  watched Lyndsey and Rob see eachother for the first time that day. I couldn’t help but smile. As I watched them, I was struck by the fact that the stress and chaos typically associated with getting married was nowhere to be seen. They were relaxed and content, focused on eachother rather than the details of the day. Don’t get me wrong, the wedding details were amazing: they had baloons falling from the ceiling during the ceremony, a darling video of their engagement, and a great bid muffin-cake that fit their personalities perfectly. No, it wasn’t that the details were lacking, just that they obviously realized that regardless of anything else that happened that day, they would soon belong to eachother forever and that was what mattered.
